HILLARY ALMOST LOSES IOWA!

I normally hate all caps headlines but I'll make an exception in this case since that is the way our friend martinV put it when he pointed out, that THAT is the fkn headline. 

Not only did she come within a hair of losing Iowa, she did so to an obscure, elderly socialist Jew without a SuperPAC, a mountain of billionaire bucks, the full-throated backing of the establishment, corporate America, the main stream media/propaganda machine and the loving support of Wall Street, Neocons like Robert Kagan and the Military Industrial Complex.

Of course she had a lot to overcome, it's fair to say. She was burdened by all those millions from Goldman Sachs and others. (It's really hard to maneuver when you've got billionaire bucks coming out of your ears.) She also had name recognition problems (too many people knew it), an unfortunate association with uber wealthy scum, an utter lack of vision and an idea deficit resembling a super massive black hole.

Indeed, she labored to haul around a giant sackful of the most middle-of-the-road, dull, unexciting, nothing-burger ideas that we've seen in a hundred years. 'Not $15, $12! Not universal single-payer, never, ever, ever! We have to move to the center! You can never change hearts and minds!'

So she had her own little mountain to climb. Though she had plenty of help. All the help money could buy. Still, SHE ALMOST LOST!

But she knows what's best for us. She knows that nothing is possible so we shouldn't even try. She wants to be vewy, vewy careful not to 'over-promise.' We little guys need to take our half-a-loaf, embrace the suck, eat our shit sandwiches and STFU!

She has super delegates and sacks full of money, the most powerful friends in the world and is unburdened by ethics. She doesn't mind lying (watch that sniper) and she'll throw her friends and supporters under the bus in a New York minute.

There's a pattern emerging here. Yes, there sure is.

Are African Americans still supporting her after that? Many are and it's their perfect right and privilege to do so. But many are coming to see Bernie as the logical choice.

African Americans can change their minds like anyone else.

My sense of it, FWIW, is that no one has anyone's vote locked up. The presidency is in play. You CAN change hearts and minds. It will be interesting to see how it evolves.

I do get annoyed with all the people slamming Bernie or his supporters for being white. First, it's not entirely true. Second, it's wrong to judge people by the color of their skin and not the content of their character. Didn't Dr. King teach us anything?

When it comes to who owns whose votes, nothing is carved in stone.

I do know this, if enough African Americans shift their support to Bernie, we are going to win BIG. I hope they will. We've never had such an amazing opportunity to change this country for the better - for all of us.

Watch this incredible sixteen-year-old stand up for our country.

That young man is a leader. I hope to hear more from him.

On Monday night, we came within a hair of beating one of the most powerful people in the world with her millions upon millions of billionaire bucks and the full support of the establishment and the corporate media. Bernie wasn't even supposed to be a factor but he's breathing down the establishment's neck. They shouldn’t be gloating, they should be sweating.

You can believe this much: this revolution is ON!

An elderly Jewish socialist, whose average contribution is $27, ends up in a TIE with one of the most famous political figures of the past 3 decades. Wow. Pundits dismiss Bernie's possible NH landslide: "Well he's from next door!" Hillary barely pulls off a tie next door to her home state- nothing.
